CEDALION began
operations in 1984 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bill Thorpe, one
of the companys founders, serves as President and CEO. |

qualifications. The staff has access to a wide range of automated,
technical tools to leverage their productivity. These tools
include computer assisted software engineering (CASE) systems,
modeling tools, advanced development tools and developer toolkits,

management systems, and programming language compilers,

Internet environments are operated within CEDALIONs

deployed on a nationwide fault-tolerant clear channel DS-3 network
ring connected to MAE-East, MAE-West and New York NAP, the major

facilities also include state-of-the-art equipment, project

The company takes its name from
mythology. CEDALION was a blacksmith and
toolmaker who guided the blinded Orion back into the light of the
sun where he regained his vision. CEDALION enables
